Overview

Remote Salus is a telemedicine application designed to support communication between patients and doctors through the automatic collection and sharing of clinical data. The system integrates IoT (Internet of Things) devices to monitor parameters such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and other values, transmitting them in real time to the app and medical platform.

Objective: The goal is to offer a reliable and accessible tool for remote health management, particularly useful for chronic patients or those with reduced mobility.

Role: User Experience Designer

  • Definition of information architecture and user flows for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Design of wireframes and accessible interfaces, also suitable for elderly users.
  • Iterations on usability tests to ensure clarity in data reading and notifications.

Outcomes

  • Creation of a simple and clear interface for patients with limited digital literacy.
  • Dashboard for healthcare professionals with intuitive displays and clinical alerts.
  • Reduction in the number of in-person visits thanks to continuous remote monitoring
